Interior is very clean and I’d rate it a 9/10. The only seat tears are shown in the last photos. Passenger window currently goes down about halfway. 

The only body rust I can see is on the rocker panels on both sides. In my opinion, this truck is about 90% complete—the remaining 10% is mostly minor bodywork and paint if you want to take it to the next level.
